Privacy and data handling
This page describes, in plain terms, what information this website collects and how it is used. It is not a contract; data handling for a training project is agreed with each customer.
Enquiries
When you send the contact form we store your name, email, organisation, the training need you describe, the type of organisation if you select one, and the page you sent it from. We also store the page you first arrived on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to limit repeated submissions.
We use this only to reply to you and to understand which pages lead to enquiries. A notification containing your enquiry is emailed to our team at get@simfinity.io through our email delivery provider. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Website usage
We record a small number of events, such as clicks on the main contact button and the start of the contact form, with the page, referrer and campaign tags. These events do not contain what you type into the form. Our hosting provider also provides aggregate visitor statistics.
Training projects
Training content and any learner data used in a customer project are handled according to arrangements agreed with that customer, including where data is stored and who can access it. Some features use AI services from third-party providers to generate conversations and feedback; which features are used is agreed per project.
Where data is processed
The website and its database are run on cloud infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised Simfinity staff.
Your requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have an enquiry corrected or deleted, email get@simfinity.io.
